In medieval times, minstrels were considered an integral part of any large meal or banquet, adding immensely to the atmosphere of the occassion. Our musicians complement the meal as it progresses with background music, performed on our wide range of instruments, or performances in short 'spots'.

We have used this format for a variety of events such as conferences and product promotions, including venues such as St Williams College, York; Peckforton Castle; and Ripley Castle, among others.

We also provide a wide range of events for historical societies, combining period music with quotations from contemporary writers. We tell the real story of early society - what they ate, how they behaved (or misbehaved!) at the table - providing an insight into daily life.

This type of event can be presented to a wide range of clients from luncheon clubs to pre- or after-dinner speeches for just about any organisation.
